Bio

Charles is the founder of the cross-chain computing project Swan and serves as an ambassador for Filecoin. As an OG player in blockchain for 6 years, he has been instrumental in the Web3 movement. His comprehensive background includes mentoring roles at the Techstars accelerator and involvement in the Chainlink BUILD Program. Before launching Swan, Charles dedicated over 12 years to software engineering, partnering with industry leaders such as IBM, SAP, Autodesk, and Expedia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University in China and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University in Canada.
