Bio

Mr. Dache is the Founder and Executive Director of the Government Blockchain Association. He is also the Co-Lead of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Blockchain Assurance & Standardization Dynamic Coalition (BAS-DC). He has guided the development of globally recognized blockchain standards in a wide array of domains. He established over 120 blockchain groups around the world and oversees more than 50 blockchain working groups. He has established blockchain conferences and spoken at the United Nations, the US Capitol, the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Presidential Palace in Cameroon, and other government facilities.
He also has over a decade of military experience in both infantry and intelligence.
